• Whilst I make every effort to reproduce the colours of artwork and designs correctly, slight variations may occur due to the restrictions of the Internet.
• Every care should be taken to preserve the long life of your prints, as colours may fade over time. To minimise the risk of changes, avoid exposure to atmospheric contaminants, direct sunlight and bright lights. Avoid water damage and all items sold by Zoe Beck are strictly dry clean only.  
  

• The prices displayed on the website are in British Pounds Sterling.
• Payment is made securely online by credit or debit card, using Paypal. I will also accept cheques or bank transfers, if you would prefer to pay by either of these methods please contact me with details of the item you wish to order and I will give you further details.
• Please remember that all orders paid for by cheque will only be shipped once payment has cleared.
  

• Postage & packaging charges are stated per item within the online shop and are dependent on product and size.  All items are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
• Orders within Mainland UK are usually dispatched within 21 days.  This is due to all products being hand made to order.  If you require a more detailed quote on delivery please contact me once you have placed your order.
• For overseas orders please contact me.

• If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me to discuss the problem. Goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition within 14 days, to the address shown on the delivery note. This excludes commissioned prints and artwork, or items which have been altered or personalised in any way.
